- St Ives Direct: Direct mail division
- Westerham Press: Production of annual reports, corporate and marketing literature, fine art, books and a variety of specialist bespoke projects
- Clays: Book division
- St Ives Web: Magazine division
- St Ives Print & Display: Multimedia division providing CD and DVD booklets and inlays, as well as a variety of specialist packaging to music, movie and computer games publishers.
In addition to the six divisions St Ives has established: - Group Sales: Established in 2006 to utilise services offered by all divisions to provide one point of contact for customers requiring products sourced from multiple sites.
- St Ives Management Services: Established in 2007, print management arm St Ives Management Service, is responsible for managing sole supplier contracts such its contract recently signed with Royal Mail Group.
- DNA: A suite of online services designed in-house by St Ives that enables customers to control all of their print and printer related assets from one point, working as an online management tool to control areas such as images, logos, visual databases, logistics, artwork etc.
- Retail Thinking: A comprehensive suite of POS related services offered to clients, which include project management for new store openings and major refits, store surveys, on-line database development, market research, review of in-store communication and POS execution, competitor surveys etc.
- Additionally the business has specialist sub divisions in the following areas: Exhibition services, conference services, giant format print, sports and sponsored events, data management and 3D design servicing the event, exhibition, POP and packaging sectors.
