Nikki joined the company in 2010. She oversees the people management strategies and HR department processes, which include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, reward and recognition, and the wellbeing of the agency’s ever-expanding team.
She started out in Business Studies, but after a period of work experience in HR, was keen to pursue it as a career. Having worked in a large retail organisation, Nikki now enjoys the creativity and variety that comes with her role at The Bespoke Group – with a day-to-day that is certainly never dull!
Outside of the office, Nikki is an adventurer at heart and loves to travel. Though closer to home, she can be found walking around the English countryside with her family and adorable dog Benji. She also has a love of Indian cuisine – the spicier the better.
