KIIAN DIGITAL TO SHOWCASE SUSTAINABLE SUBLIMATION INKS WITH LIVE ON-STAND DEMONSTRATIONS AT SGIA EXPO

Novedrate 25 August 2016 – Kiian Digital has today announced that it will host live on-stand demonstrations, highlighting the sustainability of its vast portfolio of sublimation inks at SGIA Expo (14-16 September – Booth 1171).

The company’s advanced range of 12 specially engineered inks contain reduced or no hazardous chemicals. Visitors are invited to watch live demonstrations of the production process, from a digital file to a fully decorated finished garment, and see first-hand the premium quality achievable with these innovative, sustainable inks.

“As part of our long-term commitment to sustainability, we are continually developing inks that enable our customers to produce supreme-quality prints and at the same time environmentally-conscious products,” says Marco Girola, Kiian Digital’s Marketing Specialist. “This commitment to product development has seen a number of our products surpassing testing against industry benchmarks, including Nike’s Restricted Substances List (RSL).”

Comprising of 81 colours, Kiian Digital’s portfolio offers the most extensive gamut of high-quality water-based inks for sublimation printers, allowing for increased productivity while cutting waste. Designed to produce striking, market-leading graphics across different textile and rigid materials, the variety of applications on display at SGIA includes high-fashion apparel, performance sportswear and household textiles.

The company’s range of inks have been formulated and tested to comply with numerous textile standards without sacrificing image quality and accuracy of color reproduction. These include the Restricted Substances Lists such as: Adidas A-01, CTW and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. The product range is also fully compatible with a wide range of printheads for wide-format printing machines including: Epson, Ricoh, Kyocera and Panasonic. With an expansive chain of regional dealers, the company embraces a business model of printing locally, thereby potentially eliminating the need for global shipping and further reducing its carbon footprint.

See Kiian Digital at SGIA Expo on booth 1171, at the Las Vegas Convention Center from 14-16 September.

PEOPLE SAY...

“Bespoke managed the PR and marketing for our inaugural Pure Digital event in Amsterdam and their support was pivotal to its success. As a brand-new tradeshow with no existing visitor database to start with, the need to attract an audience from the creative industry who do not typically attend digital print events, presented a unique challenge. The effectiveness of Bespoke’s campaign – which used relevant magazines and social media – exceeded our expectations and saw us welcome over 1000 delegates to the event just six months later.”
