SAi PROMOTES MIKKI WEBB TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Company continues to diversify its management team

Salt Lake City, Utah, USA – SA International (SAi), the leading provider of software solutions for the signmaking, digital printing, textile and CNC machining industries, has promoted Mikki Webb to Senior Vice President of North American Sales and Customer Experience.

In her new role, Webb will oversee SAi’s channel sales, direct sales and customer support teams in North America. Her focus is not just increasing sales but improving the overall customer experience.

“It is my pleasure to lead Customer Service, Tech Support, and North America Sales for SAi.  I look forward to building upon a strong cultural foundation, and I’m excited to be on this journey with such a great company and with great teammates,” says Webb.

Mikki Webb has an extensive background in managing customer experience teams and solving e-commerce issues for major companies like E-bay, Wayfair, Discover Card, and Southwest Airlines. She ran her own business for 5 years, advising clients on e-commerce payment issues.
