Yavne, January 26, 2022:  Highcon Systems Ltd. today announced the appointment of Sun Digital as a distributor in Mexico for its full range of digital cutting and creasing solutions for folding cartons and corrugated industries.

Based in Mexico City, Sun Digital has over 50 years of experience in providing digital and conventional printing solutions to the graphic arts industry. It is also the largest HP Indigo channel partner in Mexico, supplying the highest quality equipment and consumables to hundreds of printers and converters.

As part of the agreement, Sun Digital will sell, supply and support Highcon’s portfolio of digital die-cutting and creasing solutions for folding carton and corrugated converting, including the Highcon Beam 2C non-stop configuration, the Highcon Euclid 5C for corrugated packaging, and the Highcon Beam 2 and Highcon Euclid 5 for folding cartons. Key features of Highcon’s digital finishing technology are creasing, laser cutting and stripping systems. This technology facilitates digitally driven physical creasing by applying 3D printed rules. Creasing, cutting, and stripping are all performed on one single platform, in one pass, at high speed, eliminating the need for die cutting and stripping tools.
