Mimaki Europe, a leading provider of industrial inkjet printers and cutting plotters, has introduced a new easy-to-use roll-to-roll printer, developed for efficient production of high-quality signage – the JV200-160. Using eco-solvent inks and packed with features that ensure the printer delivers reliable, productive operation and outstanding print quality, the JV200-160 further extends Mimaki’s already extensive product portfolio for the sign graphics market.

SS22 ink reduces odour by approximately 40%^*1 and does not contain GBL^*2, the use of which has been increasingly regulated around the world, while still providing industry-leading outdoor weather resistance. The JV200-160 also supports Mimaki’s well-established SS21 and BS4 ink sets, giving customers greater flexibility to choose the solution that best suits their production needs.

Other highlight features of the new JV200-160 include the Ink Saving function, which reduces ink costs with just two simple clicks while maintaining natural colours, and the automatic media adjustment function (DAS; Dot Adjustment System) enables easy and accurate pre-print adjustment. GLB-vrije inkt

De JV200-160 is compatibel met meerdere eco-solventinkten van Mimaki, waaronder de beproefde SS21- en BS4-inktsets. Nieuw is de SS22-inkt. Deze inkt is speciaal ontwikkeld met oog voor de werkomgeving van operators en de bredere milieu-impact. SS22-inkt zorgt voor ongeveer 40% minder geur¹ dan eerdere Mimaki-inkten en is volledig vrij van GBL², een oplosmiddel dat wereldwijd steeds vaker aan regelgeving is onderworpen. Tegelijkertijd is de inkt toonaangevend in weerbestendigheid voor langdurige buitentoepassingen.

Mimaki Europe, un proveedor líder de impresoras industriales de inyección de tinta y plotters de corte ha presentado una nueva impresora rollo a rollo fácil de usar, desarrollada para la producción eficiente de señalización de alta calidad: la JV200-160. Utilizando tintas ecosolventes y repletas de características que garantizan que la impresora ofrezca un funcionamiento fiable y productivo y una calidad de impresión excepcional, la JV200-160 amplía aún más la ya extensa cartera de productos de Mimaki para el mercado de letreros gráficos.

La nueva JV200-160 ofrece numerosas funciones que mejoran la productividad, está diseñada para un uso y mantenimiento sencillo, e imprime letreros de calidad excepcional a una velocidad de producción práctica de 17,0 m²/h, una de las más altas de su clase para impresoras de nivel básico.

Arjen Evertse, director de ventas de Mimaki Europe, afirma: «Nuestra serie CJV200 de impresoras/cortadoras integradas, presentada el pasado mes de octubre, ha sido muy bien recibida por el mercado. La JV200-160 se une a esta serie de productos para ofrecer la misma calidad de imagen ejemplar y una productividad de nivel superior para esta clase, ahora en un modelo de solo impresión que es fácil de operar y mantener.

Esta nueva presentación ofrece a los clientes aún más oportunidades para expandir fácilmente su negocio con nuevas capacidades de impresión. Por ejemplo, las empresas que ya poseen máquinas de corte para el procesamiento posterior a la impresión, pero que querrían añadir una impresión de alta calidad mientras mantienen su flujo de trabajo actual, ahora pueden beneficiarse de esta nueva tecnología. Cuando se combina con un trazador de corte Mimaki, la JV200-160 también puede beneficiarse de nuestra función única ID Cut, que automatiza los procesos de impresión y corte con una mínima intervención del operador, reduciendo el riesgo de error humano.»

Dada la prioridad asignada al entorno de trabajo de los operadores, y su responsabilidad ambiental más amplia, con la JV200-160 está disponible la tinta ecosolvente SS22 recientemente lanzada por Mimaki. La tinta SS22 reduce el olor en aproximadamente un 40 %^*1 y no contiene GBL^*2, cuyo uso está siendo cada vez más regulado en todo el mundo, al tiempo que proporciona una resistencia a la intemperie líder en la industria. La JV200-160 también es compatible con los conjuntos de tintas SS21 y BS4 ampliamente reconocidos de Mimaki, ofreciendo a los clientes una mayor flexibilidad para elegir la solución que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades de producción.

Otras características destacadas de la nueva JV200-160 incluyen la función de ahorro de tinta, que reduce los costes de tinta con solo dos simples clics mientras mantiene los colores naturales, y la función de ajuste automático de medios (DAS; Dot Adjustment System), que permite un ajuste previo de impresión fácil y preciso. La incorporación de la tecnología Printer Information Cloud Technology (PICT) de Mimaki también optimiza la eficiencia y el mantenimiento de la tinta, además de proporcionar la opción de monitorización remota, gestión global y mejora de la precisión de los datos.

La impresora JV200-160 será una de las muchas innovaciones que se mostrarán en directo por primera vez en EMEA en el stand de Mimaki en FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 (Pabellón 1.2 / Stand B20).
